caution

Heads up! Cosmonic is currently available as a Developer Preview. We are doing our best to keep everything stable so you can have a great experience. However, you should not run production workloads on the platform at this time. Your constellation state (including hosts, actors, and providers) may be reset without notice as we perform upgrades. Please feel free to reach out on Discord or via support@cosmonic.com if you run into any problems!

I Can't Log In

When attempting to log in, if you see an error toast containing "You do not have access to the Cosmonic Developer Preview", this means the provided GitHub username has not been granted access to Cosmonic. If you signed in using a different GitHub username than you used to sign up for Cosmonic, try clearing your browser's cookies and wait a few minutes before trying again with the correct username. If you're sure you logged in using the correct username, please reach out on Discord or via support@cosmonic.com and provide your GitHub username.

No Constellations

When logging in, if you see an error toast containing "No constellations found for user", this means that there were no constellations found associated with your Cosmonic account. This requires opening a support ticket to resolve. Please send an email to support@cosmonic.com with the GitHub username that you used to sign in.
