2022-09-29 Developer Preview

Welcome to the Cosmonic platform!

The initial developer preview release includes the Cosmonic user interface, with both the infrastructure view for managing wasmCloud hosts across any network boundaries, and the logic view for managing application components. Application components are WebAssembly modules that link to capability providers to form complete distributed applications.

We're excited to bring developers in to deploy their ideas, and for this initial developer preview we're giving users a free Cosmonic managed host on our infrastructure, with a limit of 25 actors and 5 capability providers. As we expand our product offerings, this is the minimum that our free tier will offer, so anything developers deploy now will be free as Cosmonic moves forward.
